The first of a three part segment I have developed called The Rebel Spirit is going to air on Australia’s national broadcaster, Radio National, at 9.00 pm Friday June 4 Aussie time – thats 7.00 am Eastern Yankee time. After that, it will be airing the first Friday in July and August. The Rebel Spirit is a series of short interviews with contemporary American composers who talk about how their music relates to their spiritual feelings and aspirations. Its part of a long-standing RN program called The Rhythm Divine.
